Made this Beef Veg Rice dish for supper, and it turned out pretty good. 😋
What I used to make this dish:
In an iron cast pan, I used about 1/2 ground beef, 3 stalks of celery(washed and stems cut off, sliced thinly), little bit of chopped onion, a dash of season salt, and Maggi; in a rice pot, I boiled water and added 1 cube of beef bouillon(it gives the rice some good flavoring IMO) and 2 cups of white 5-minute rice when done mixed in iron cast pan. Served unto plates and seasoned with S&P and more Maggi.
