Made this Tomato Hamburger Helper dish yesterday(Monday) for supper. 🍅
Recipe:
In a Cast, Iron pan on medium heat 5-6(on the burner) put about TBSP of oil(I used Canola), Lean Ground Beef, sprinkle some season salt & Italian seasoning, chopped onion, & about 2 cups of fresh sweet cherry tomatoes(we got from my mom's frs garden) ends cut off, cook, until meat is done, add 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Tomato soup, add about half a can of water & mix, in a pot bring water to boil & add mac(I used Compliments Extra Creamy Cheddar), when pasta is al dente, drain, put back into the pot, add margarine(or butter), a splash of milk, & cheese pkg, mix & put into the sauce, mix & cook a bit more & serve into bowls(bc it is a bit saucy), season with S&P & enjoy.
