Had Banana walnut oatmeal for breakfast yesterday, it is my fave way to make oatmeal. It tastes just like banana bread. 🍌😋💛
Recipe:
About 1/2 a cup of quick oats, 1/3 cup of water, in a microwave-safe container heat for about 2 mins(can do it by stove top if you prefer), 1 large banana peeled, cut into half, mash half in a bowl & put to the side, slice up rest, mix mash banana into oatmeal, add about 1/4 cup of milk(I used 2%), sprinkle ground cinnamon & some chopped walnuts, pour into a glass bowl(or bowl of choice), add sliced bananas, some chopped walnuts, & sprinkle with some ground cinnamon to garnish.
