I made Mushroom Alfredo Penne Pasta yesterday for supper, one of my fave pasta dishes to make, delish. 😋🤎
Recipe:
In a cast iron pan on medium heat(about 5), I put about 2 TBSP of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! almost a full container of fresh button mushrooms(sliced), and some onion, mixed until sauteed, add 1 pouch of Club House Alfredo sauce, 3/4 milk, cook until thickens, add 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, add about another 3/4 milk, cook till bubbly then turn down low to about 3-4 so it stays warm, in a pot boil water, adds salt, adds pasta cook until al dente, drain, adds margarine(or butter, or whatever you like) then mix into pasta sauce and serve unto plates, season with S&P and sprinkle with parmesan cheese(we use Kraft shake on.)
