In a frying pan on medium heat 5-6 on the burner add about 1/2 lb of lean ground beef & chopped onions, sprinkle with season salt, and cook until meat is brown, in a big pot on medium heat 5-6 on burner add about 12-16 cups of water, 4 peeled & diced potatoes, about a cup of frz mixed vegetables, about 2-3 chopped finely celery, add the beef & onions, 1 can of tomato condensed soup(Grandma never used this, but I added it for extra flavor), about 2 cups of ketchup, a couple of splashes of Maggi, & 12 pkg of beef bouillon; bring to a boil & until potatoes are cooked(able to flake with a fork), serve into bowls add S&P for seasoning(crackers/bread if you like but I like mine with none)& enjoy. It does for 3 meals(so we'll be having this again sometime next week.)
