Mushroom Fried Rice

I made Mushroom Fried Rice for supper yesterday, it was delish.

Recipe(what I used to make the dish)

In the rice pot, I boiled a cup of water on med heat(5), put in 1 and a half beef bouillon cube, then added 1 cup of 5-minute white rice, put the lid on top, and cooked for about 5 mins or until the right texture. In a frying pan, I added about 2 TBSP of margarine, a quarter of onion chopped, half a container of fresh button mushrooms sliced, and a couple of handfuls of frozen(from freshly cut) green bell pepper; when the rice was cooked put in the frying pan with mushrooms and served on dishes seasoned with salt and pepper and a few dashes of Maggi for extra flavor (next time I will add egg and scramble it into the rice dish.) ๐Ÿ˜‹

Simple Pasta Dish

I made this simple beef, tomato, and pasta dish for supper yesterday and it turned out quite nice.

Recipe(stuff I used to make the dish)

In a large cast iron pan on med/high heat(5 to 6), I put a splash of canola oil, 1lb of medium ground beef(I prefer lean but the store did not have any), a sprinkle of season salt/garlic salt, a pinch of cumin, about a few big sprinkles of Italian seasoning, about a quarter chopped onion,  handful frozen chopped up(fresh to frozen) green bell pepper, can of sliced mushrooms(drained), can of diced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, let simmer all together on medium heat(about 4 to 5 level) on the stovetop, in a big pot I boiled water(on level 6 heat) for about 45mins to 1 hr(because it needs to be piping hot to cook good noodles or you get gooey noodles that are gross), sprinkle salt and I cooked the last half of a big bag of penne noodles for about 12 to 15 mins until about al dente, drained pasta and mixed margarine into it and put in big cast iron pan, topped with about half a bag of pizza mozzarella chesse and put in the oven on about 325 F and cooked for about 10-15 mins, brought out and served on dishes seasoned with salt and pepper and shake on parmesan. We will be eating this today for supper as well(because it made quite a lot and does for two days or more.) ๐Ÿ˜‹

New Hair Color + Cut

So I just dyed my hair blonde, but it did not turn out as blonde as I would have liked, but that is okay because I don't mind it, also I cut my hair about a week ago(about a few inches off); I like bob-type styles... Pics turned out nice, but the lighting is quite bad which makes the quality of the pics not so good, which is why I prefer taking pics in the daytime. ๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฑ๐Ÿป‍♀️๐Ÿ™‚

Cheesy Chicken Veg/ Stuffed Green Bell Pepper

First time making these delish stuffed green bell peppers for supper.

Recipe(what I used to make)

In a stir-fry pan on medium heat(5 1/2), I put a splash of canola oil,  little chopped-up onion, about 5-6 fresh button mushrooms sliced, half a small green cabbage chopped up, added about  2 TBSP of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, leftover chicken drumstick(from 4 drumsticks) meat(from Sunday dinner), about a cup and half of frozen broccoli, let simmer with lid for about a few mins until broccoli is tender, I then put in a pkg of Club House Cheese sauce mix and cooked all together. In a rice pot, I cooked 1 cup of 5-minute rice when cooked mixed together with the cheesy stir-fry. Beforehand I put dethawed(from fresh to frozen tops cut off and seeds cleaned out) green bell peppers on a big cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, splashed them with some canola oil, and cooked them in the oven at 375 F for about 10-20 mins(until tender), brought out and drained liquid, and stuffed with cheesy stir-fry, put about a handful of pizza shredded cheese on top, put in the oven for about 10 mins until cheese melted. Brought out of the oven and seasoned with salt & pepper. Turned into a very delicious meal that is not too heavy and nice for a Summer meal.  ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’š

Shrimp Stir-Fry

Made Shrimp Stir-Fry over White Rice yesterday for supper, it turned out pretty good.

Recipe(what I used to make the dish.)

In a stir-fry pan on medium heat(about 5 1/2), I put about 2 TBSP of  Margarine( I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter), you can use butter if you like, I would have used butter if on hand, but we had none in the house so... I then added a  little bit of chopped onion, half green cabbage chopped up, a whole container of fresh button mushrooms sliced,1 can of water chestnuts drained and sliced, a whole small container of frozen cocktail shrimp ring(did not use the sauce) and took off the tails, a splash of canola oil, about 2 cups of frozen broccoli and a pkg of Club House oriental Stir-Fry mix and put a lid on top to simmer for about 5 mins or till shrimp and broccoli were fully cooked. I boiled 2 cups of water in a rice pot and added 2 cups of 5 Minute white rice(it is not my fave rice to cook with, I like basmati or wild, but this is okay too and it came in handy so...) I then plated the rice onto the dishes and put the Shrimp Stir-Fry on top of the rice, seasoned with ground pepper and salt and a splash of MAGGI's liquid seasoning(it is like soya sauce, but better I think in flavor.) I would have liked to add cashews but we did not have any on hand, but it would have made the dish IMO. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’š
