I made Mushroom Fried Rice for supper yesterday, it was delish.
Recipe(what I used to make the dish)
In the rice pot, I boiled a cup of water on med heat(5), put in 1 and a half beef bouillon cube, then added 1 cup of 5-minute white rice, put the lid on top, and cooked for about 5 mins or until the right texture. In a frying pan, I added about 2 TBSP of margarine, a quarter of onion chopped, half a container of fresh button mushrooms sliced, and a couple of handfuls of frozen(from freshly cut) green bell pepper; when the rice was cooked put in the frying pan with mushrooms and served on dishes seasoned with salt and pepper and a few dashes of Maggi for extra flavor (next time I will add egg and scramble it into the rice dish.) ๐
